Day Of Coordinator

$600 and up

Assist with setup and breakdown of personal décor
Manage timeline through the day ensure flow
Contract overview/ main point of contact
Ensure wedding party is on time and in the right places
Main contact with vendors the day of
Point of contact for any issues that arise throughout the day
Rehearsal assistance based on venue availability
Ensure that the space is left clean after event.
Collect personal items from wedding or event
Meet with customer prior to date 30 days before
Supply emergency kit

Planner of Wedding/Receptions

$1500 and up

Meetings with client/ vendors
Understand the event/review overall budget.
Organize wedding day timeline.
Solve last minute emergencies.
Coordinate the reception timeline.
Remind client of obligations, appointments and budget constraints (if any)
